Dabri was involved and assisted in the planning phase of the commercial development project in Santa Clara City. This project is consisting of (5) stories of residential Type V wood-frame construction over (2) stories of Type I concrete podium with retail/parking. This estimate is based on the construction of a Rental Apartment Complex which includes 1BDRM-20, 2BDRM-86, and 4BDRM– 124 Units (230 units). This also includes the construction of a parking structure area of about 90,274 SF, the Circulation & Common area of about 41,453 SF, and a Retail area of about 42,000 SF. Overall 430,869 SF building area includes residence, retail, parking, and common space. Other area includes the construction of swimming pools, site development, underground utilities, sidewalk, street repaving, overhead utility relocation, paving, walkway, and landscaping.
