Project Description

The Southeast Treatment Plant was built in 1952 and treats 80% of the City’s wastewater. The Headworks Facility Project would replace the function of two existing headworks facilities, modify the Bruce Flynn Pump Station, and construct a new odor control structure. , scoping the subcontractors work, analyzing sub-contractor’s bid. The purpose of the project is to provide a centralized and efficient preliminary treatment system. The new Headworks facility is designed to accommodate a peak flow of 250 million gallons per day.

Dabri, Inc. provided construction management services including cost estimating and scheduling services for project during the design and bidding phase. Dabri’s scope included take-off quantities, preparing internal budget estimate, scoping the subcontractors work, analyzing sub-contractor’s bid.
